My husband and I spent a week at the condo. We felt home and welcomed at the condo. We had family staying in other units at Long Branch and it was unanimous, this was the most attractive and well supplied condo. Breckenridge is an amazing summer spot too. We hiked, shopped, and ate until we could no longer go on.
Many thanks!

Unfortunately my friends and I only had two nights to stay in this great condo. Prior to our visit, I spent a lot of time looking for a property that a) would be suitable for two couples (i.e. no bunk beds) and b) would accommodate our two night stay. Wade was just lovely to work with, very communicative, and very accommodating. The condo is just as pictured and certainly convenient to the main street in Breckenridge where we pottered happily in the shops when we were able to drag ourselves away from the Olympics on the generous TV in the unit. One night we cooked in the well equipped kitchen, the other night we had great pizza at the corner of Main and Wellington? I can't remember the name of it but it was on Wade's list of recommendations. The beds were super comfy. The complex was quiet and well maintained and we were all very happy with our stay here.

This condo has a fantastic location, within easy walking distance to main street and restaurants. The amenities are very nice with a beautiful view of the mountains from the small balcony. Wade goes above and beyond to think of every detail making your arrival and stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything was just as described. We would rent this location again. The kitchen has been upgraded very nicely. The bedrooms are very nice and beds are very comfortable. I wish the deck would be bigger, however you really shouldn't be spending time on the deck, as you are just a short walking distance from beautiful downtown Breckenridge and with so many things to do..Thank you four wonderful condo.

We stayed for three nights in the condo over father's day. The condo was everything that was described and more. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and very comfortable. We are hoping to stay there again this summer. The condo is also in a great location (only 2 blocks from Main Street). We would definitely recommend staying there. Wade was great and so was his local representative (I apologize but I forgot her name).
Nice summer getaway

We had two kids come along and had a great time. Very nice condo centrally located, easy to walk to most everything. Beware of you travel in early summer the gondola was closed. :( But we found plenty of other outdoor activities for the kids to keep busy. It is a nice condo I would recommend it to anyone visiting breck.

This rental experience met or exceeded expectations and we would rent again. Much has been said in the other reviews and we found them and the VRBO site to be true. Our stay was 5/26 - 6/2/2012 - the town and Longbranch condo complex was mostly empty. This is a good time to be in the area if you are there to hike as the temperatures can be ideal for mountain climbing. Wife and I were there - 50+, along with our 25 year old son. He summited Mt. Elbert and Quandry Peak (we made tree line and then some); we all summited Mt. Royal in Frisco. Also rode and recommend the train in Leadville and took other driving adventures - recommend the road over Independence Pass and down into Aspen. We chose Breck over Frisco/Dillon with expectations of more going on in town. We looked at over 60 VRBO properties and others offered by other sites or property managers and the name brand hotels in the area. Also, received offers by registering at the Summit County web site and we considered some of those. So, we picked this property over others because it had two bedrooms, looked up to date, and had the gorgeous view, an apparently convenient location (it was for us), and had the several positive reviews. Plus the price was fair - could've saved a couple hundred dollars on other options that seemed less up to date or less of a match for our needs. This is our 2nd VRBO rental, so was nervous about the transaction. The owner processes deposit, payment, and deposit refund through VRBO without extra charge for credit card - I found this to be very convenient and comforting - about the same feeling you get when you book a name brand hotel on line. The owner has reasonable payment and cancellation policies and was prompt in crediting our deposit. The rental agreement is in plain English and seemed very fair to me verses others I had looked at. In addition to the local convenience of the owner's in town property manager, the condo complex has an on-site manager - you probably won't need this person but the point is he/they actively keep up with the property and it seems like a place people live, not just spend a week there on vacation. We appreciate the owner for offering this property at a reasonable rate and terms.
Owner response:Thank you for the review, Steve! Great to hear from guests who have enjoyed the condo and also enjoyed all the majesty that Summit County offers. Spring and Summer are incredible times to be in the cool air of Breckenridge. Take care, Wade

We had a wonderful week at Wade's condo...it was in the perfect location for us, walkable to all the town's restaurants, with a heated garage space when we needed to drive to other resorts to ski. The condo was very nicely set up with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and attractive. The site manager was available when anything was needed and very pleasant. Wade sent an information packet that was extremely helpful as to how to work the electronics, favorite local dining spots, shuttle bus schedules, maps, etc. A lovely, very well run rental unit, thanks Wade!
