So here is the deal on discounted Breckenridge lift tickets:

Picture
All establishments in the town of Breckenridge have an agreement with the ski mountain not to sell discounted lift tickets.  So you won't find them in town.

Options:

1)  Safeway (seen on the map as "A"), in Frisco, is the closest place that sells discounted lift ticket's.

2)  You can buy discount Breck lift tickets (at least a week in advance) on the mountain's - website  (http://www.breckenridge.com/plan-a-trip/lift-tickets/lift-tickets-explorer.aspx)It appears that Safeway might be cheaper - but I would check both sources...

Frisco:  is the town you exit off of I-70 to start you ascent to Breckenridge.  Safeway, is one of the first stores you see on the right - after you exit I-70.  Walmart - another good one for stocking up, can also be seen on the map - just past Safeway.

Safeway Address:
1008 Summit Blvd
Frisco, CO 80443
Phone: 970-668-5144
Mon-Sun: 6:00 AM-11:00 PM

Safeway's tickets are going for $71.  I don't know about kids tickets, etc... I would call to find out the current rate.  I have a pass - so I don't keep up with the rates so much - but I get the sense that Safeway changes the price based up peak / off peak season's.

NOTE ABOUT OTHER MOUNTAINS:  I don't know about Vail, Beaver, Copper, Keystone, etc...  If you learn anything, please just shoot me an e-mail and I will include that info (Dave@LuxuryInBreckenridge.com - THANKS!!
